"Friend Promotional": Tell a friend about Music for Little Mozarts. If both you and your friend register, you can each take $5 off the tuition for one session. Just put your friend's name somewhere on your registration sheet and write "referral" next to it. Subtract $5 from the total due. That's all there is to it!

3. Pay online Here or mail a check to Family Music Studio, PO Box 621, Lebanon, IN 46052. Your prompt payment will secure your child's place in class. Payment is due in full with registration.
