     Welcome to Family Music Studio Piano! Family Music Studio offers piano instruction from six teachers in four locations. Instruction is available at all levels for both children and adults. Piano instruction includes the basics of music theory. A few years of piano instruction prepares children for the study of any other instrument. Of course, many students continue their piano study whether or not they add another instrument.
     A unique aspect of Family Music Studio Piano is our student and assistant teacher program. Beginners may take lessons at a reduced rate from a student teacher. Our current student teacher is Catheryn Van Kley. Beginning and intermediate students may take lessons from an assistant teacher. Assistant teachers have "graduated" from the student teacher program by having two or more years of teaching experience. Both student teachers and assistant teachers continue to take private lessons while they teach younger students. Our current assistant teacher is Bethany Walters.
     All monthly fees are based on 34 lessons per school year. The first monthly fee is due back by August 5th with the registration sheet. Subsequent fees are due by the first of each month ending with the fee due on May 1st for a total of ten monthly payments.

     Private half-hour Lessons: $62 per month.
     Private half-hour Lessons for beginners from assistant teacher: $45 per month.
     Private half-hour Lessons for beginners from student teacher: $35 per month.
